I'd like to compare them against the 'proper' ones in Boots.......I think I'd be too scared though in case Boots make me even heavier than the ones I have at home :rotfl: They were a good brand, I had a look online to check them out..the things you do when you're at a loose end waiting ;)......some German make, cost around £50 so I'm hoping they were perhaps better than mine but maybe that's rose tinted thinking......

    a Kit Kat eh?? Very :A......but a 2 finger or a 4 finger?? ;) The devil's in the detail you know :p

Well, a 4 finger:D, but I broke it in two so that all the calories fell out before I ate it.:p

Being v v good today but sick of seeds, I feel like a bloody parrot ( maybe stuffed, with chips)
    :D:D stay wonky :D:D

....one-way ticket to Portugal booked !

Struggling a bit today. Need either food or a hug as my cold is still making my head hurt, work up feeling a bit rubbish, felt better during the morning but am home and feel a bit heavy headed and heavy eyed again. As a hug ain't gonna happen, I have to just pretend I'm having one as I can't have food! :(

Have to confess to a mouthful of gammon last night. Made cheese topped roast gammon, bubble and squeak with eggs for OH and just couldn't resist a small mouthful of the gammon. :o Going to use up the leftovers in tortilla wraps for him tonight and had another mouthful whilst thinking about it when I got in from work :o I've had a cup of tea today and 2 cups yesterday. The tea is allowed as are the tablet sweeteners. I've had a tiny splash of skimmed milk in each - which isn't allowed on SS but I feel a bit rough and just needed something to keep me going.

No, better that I don't eat Jinky. There's every chance I'll just go stupid. I'll be ok - it's things like this that are why I'm doing CD. I need to not turn to food when the going gets tough in some way. It's how I got to where I was when I started. Bizarrely I know what I fancy - a really huge bowl of thick chicken soup with lots of roast chicken and potatoes in it.......weird that it's that specific!!

thankyou for the hug though

I know it's not as good as the real thing, but have a virtual hug from me :grouphug:

Can you ring Bun for a bit of advice?

When I did CD, I had a bad few days. I ate after unsuccessfully trying to get advice from my CDC then couldnt go back to the shakes. One of my bigger mistakes.

If Bun's not about, stick around here and chat.

I could ring or text Bun, but even if I went up to SS+ for the day I don't have anything from the list I can have. There's lots of food in the house, but most of it is meat that's in the freezer or tins of different pulses, beans etc. Lots of bread stuff - wraps, pitta, rolls and there's lots of chocolate in the house as well so it's just a case of gritting my teeth really. I'll be ok, just wanting to use food as a crutch really because I feel a bit under the weather and that's what I shouldn't do!! I can have a mug of the vegetable flavouring and then a soup in a couple of hours when OH gets here.

    Right missus :D

Go and try on some of the 'before' clothes you've kept.

Look at your before pics and your now pics. I sadly missed them when you put them on here the other day, but have heard they're amazing.

Did you take measurements before? Check what they are now, and give yourself a pat on the back for doing so blimmin well. I found mine recently, and was so disappointed in myself for putting it all (and more) back on. I just sat looking at it with leaky eyes.
