    Hi all,

    I was away at the weekend, but I am STS, which I am really quite pleased with because it would normally have been a put 7lb on week, with visitors, trips et al.

    I'm off again for another couple of weeks holiday, but intend to keep my eye on the ball.

    Catch up with you mid August x. Be good ;).

    Jinks is a bit worried about the Spreadsheet so I shall leave it until I get back:D Just post your losses as usual and I will get them on the traceker as soon as I can.

    I might even pop in to see how everyone is doing as DS is taking his laptop over there:cool:

    I really should start to think about packing at some point.
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
