    Have done level 2 shred today and 1 run of week 4 c25k. Not feeling too bad either :)

    Food diary:
    B - smoothie and banana
    S - banana
    L - 2x rice cakes with chicken and coleslaw, apple
    D - small turkey and ham salad.
    S - banana, small tub of popcorn.

    chucklits.....by any chance are they chocolates?

    Sorry I'm late on parade again here, but it's looking likely that my weigh-ins will probably wiggle a day or so back and forth due to erratic intarweb access :( However I have STS weight-wise this past week, but somehow managed to lower my BMI by 0.04 :huh: I'm not too surprised by the weight thing as i haven't done enough exercise this week, but am just happy I haven't put any on :) So - ONWARDS!
