Brilliant to see but now hugely too big and the ends of the sleeves are over my hands!!. Have to stand and present for 10 minutes and then will be sitting. Should be ok.

Wouldn't usually post but I have had some massive success so thought I'd let others know... Have tried a watered down version of the Dukan Diet recently and have been able to shed 3kgs in a month, which I'm stoked about (think thats works out to 6 lbs?). I've got the book if anyone wants me to put up the basic premise.. its pretty full on with the protein if your strict with it but I've just done two protein days a week and tried not to be too naughty in between... works a treat.

Anyway, just thought it'd be nice to let people know about something that works, for me at least :)

I love the idea of the Dukan diet - having been an Atkins-girl for many years in the past, but disliking the huge "eat as much fat as you like" element of it - Dukan seems a much healthier version.

Sadly, the amount of exercise I have been doing is not compatible with the early "protein only" stage of Dukan and when I tried it, I felt very "bleurgh" trying to run,......although to be fair, Dukan does say not to exercise hard in the early stages, so it was my own fault!

BUT - I really like the principles behind it, and the way that all foods are reintroduced so that you don't have such a restrictive diet as Atkins was.

    Morning everyone

How are you all doing today?

Trying to use up all the bits of food in the house before we go away so I have a quorn bolognaise in the slow cooker for dinner and OH is having some sliced pork leftover from Sunday.

I cant imagine that I will be around tomorrow (may have an early morning post) so I am going to ask Jinks if she will keep the spreadsheet up to date:D

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
