Very very very bad day food wise but such a fantastic time........(Thankfully nobody seemed to have seen my drunken post last night)

    Had breakfast as normal........
got to work and they had bacon sandwiches, buttered scones and danish pastries waiting on our arrival (big end of year staff conference)..........

    I had a cup of tea:A

Conference had sweeties on the table......

    I had 2 foxes glacier fruits:A

Lunch consisted of lots of lovely things.........

I had garlic bread, prawn wrap, nachos with dips, a slice of cucumber and 2 mini cream cakes:o

    It gets worse.......

Party on the night where I had 3 JD's and Diet coke and 2 mini bottles of wine..........and fish and chips, followed by several dips in the chocolate fountain.

    Bad girl.

Hmm, hi Lou, I saw your "drunken post" in the early hours of Saturday morning... but my lips are sealed...;) Thought it best not to respond :) Glad you had a fanatastic time.... and you are entitled to be naughty sometimes.

2lb loss for me this week. Happy with that but will try harder this week... I slipped up a few days and ate some delicious packets of crisps. No crisps and more exercise this week I think!!

I dont usually lose the week before either.

Just had a very sad moment on the way back from MrA's MIL asked us if we had been to see FIL wherever he is lately? She had forgotten that he had passed away and thought he had just left her to go live somewere else.

Really felt sorry for her as she was crying when we reminded her of what happened:( she says she cant remember his funeral at all.

I have to confess the missing line in the conversation was after he said 'only 6 pounds' and in a mixture of shock and disgust I calmly said 'f*** you'...:o

I was very focused and calm when I said it :o

the other night I made a big batch of coconut ice to use stuff up and to stop the 'do we have any icecream' comments.

He had a load of it and then wanted more. I made a 'blimey' comment (seriously, he had eaten a huge bowl already) and he said ' you have no right to make a comment about what someone can eat'.

I looked him in the eye and calmly said 'I have the right to make a comment on any subject I choose to make a comment on' and left it at that. :D

Gone are the days of him verbally bullying me and me taking it and blaming myself and gone are the days of his words making me cry and feel even worse about myself.

I feel like I need a total detox, you know like how you feel after Christmas is over:o

I am out for lunch with my Mum tomorrow at La Tasca so I should be able to choose something non stodgy.
