hey, it seems common conversation on CD threads :rotfl:On a serious note though, I did feel very very unwell. I rarely say I'm in pain/unwell etc in life but I really was a bit scared :o

I've seen the husk things talked about PaP.

I've been adding Fybogel to my shake but don't like the consistency it makes it so have been having it on its own. Do the husks change the consistency?

If you have them natural in the shakes, they turn much thicker. The consistency was ok but I prefered them as a general CD shake. I just got the capsules in the end :D

    B- Honey sheddies and milk

Hi - just found your thread - mind if I join in? I need to lose 13kg  to get within my healthy weight band. My main motivation is health but must admit that I like the idea of looking good for my birthday in January (it's one of those scary ones that end in 0:eek:)

Two weeks ago I needed to lose 15kg but I've managed to drop 2kg since then. If I carried on at this rate I would hit my target weight by October. Weight loss so far has been done through healthy eating, listening to Paul McKenna CD & going to the gym regularly for the first time in my life (local council run gym so fairly MSE). I aim to continue with this routine & I'd appreciate the support to keep motivated & help me not to become impatient and look for a quick fix.

    Groooaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnn:o

Very very very bad day food wise but such a fantastic time........(Thankfully nobody seemed to have seen my drunken post last night)

    Had breakfast as normal........
got to work and they had bacon sandwiches, buttered scones and danish pastries waiting on our arrival (big end of year staff conference)..........

    I had a cup of tea:A

Conference had sweeties on the table......

    I had 2 foxes glacier fruits:A

Lunch consisted of lots of lovely things.........

I had garlic bread, prawn wrap, nachos with dips, a slice of cucumber and 2 mini cream cakes:o

    It gets worse.......

Party on the night where I had 3 JD's and Diet coke and 2 mini bottles of wine..........and fish and chips, followed by several dips in the chocolate fountain.

    Bad girl.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
