I did and hours of beginners exercise last night and had to stop inbetween every bit of the video:rotfl::heartpulsOnce a Flylady, always a Flylady:heartpuls0

See I just couldent eat that little which is obviously why I am mucho overweight.
I usually eat at least three times that amount with lots of naughty snacks in between but as it's my first week signed up to this thread the fear of not having at least a 1lb loss has made me lose my appetite which is not a bad thing - long may that continue! I'll know at the weekend if the eating less has made any difference. Plus I must get back to doing the dreaded shred :eek:Save £12k in 2017 #14

Well done on doing an hour of exercise. I can totally relate to having to stop in between every bit of the video. Before starting the shred I use to struggle on just the warm ups!Save £12k in 2017 #14

My tummy is rumbling and it's only 2pm - that's a good sign isn't it ? This listening to the body milarky I'm trying to do (if you feel full don't eat any more) seems to be working but all my bod is saying at the mo is feed me!!!
So ham salad for lunch - is the weigh in at the weekend by the way?
(I 'll beif I haven't lost any but knowing my sloooowwwwww weight loss even if I'm the same I'll be

Thanks for all your words of support
I'm thinking that this week will be less of a loss than last as it was my first week of avoiding most breads and cider...and i upped my walking. This week i haven't done as much walking, so will see what loss i do (or don't!) achieve just by actual diet. Choosing lower fat options and drinking more liquids is becoming more of a habit though, which is good.
Had a tin of Harry Ramsdens mushy peas for lunch as i love them straight with lots of black pepper...and they're not too bad for you at 240kCal per can and only 1.2g fat
Congratulations on everyone's losses, and a big 'Chin up!' to those STS.

just catching up, couple of 'eventful' hair related days meaning I've not got in until after 9.
Hoping for a good loss on Sunday. Have suffered from the most horrific 'lack of movement' shall we say and was in terrible, terrible pain and had to speak to the pharmacist in the end as I was shaking and having hot flushes as well as not being able to stand, sit or walk easily due to the pain. Common side effect to CD, even with the fibre sachets but I'm going to buy some CD fibre supplement when I buy my next order on Sunday.
Let's hope the scales now reflect the change in situation :rotfl:"Stay Wonky":D

No buy Psyllium husks, either natural and add to your shake, although it does thicken it. Or in capsules. I used CD supplements to start with but in the end I was going through a pot a week £7. I found out about PH through minimins and they lasted me for the remaining time on CD.
Bit of an MSE tip, they may not work for you but for me they did and saved me a good £1000 -
