Hmm they sure do bring back lovely memories.... Sherbert lemons and bazooka bubble gums were two of my favourite sweeties. I managed to buy two large boxes of bazooka bubble gum on my last visit to the States. I must say they didn't last very long and I did end up with an achy jaw!Save £12k in 2017 #14

Looks like you have had a very positive start to the day Scrooge:A
I am enjoying a bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes with skimmed milk. Taking 3 ryvitas into work with a pot of cottage cheese and lots of fruit.
Dinner is chicken and SW chips.
I must try and fit in a 6 mile walk tonight too, have contemplated starting running but I have back problems so worry about that. It would definitely be quicker than walking!
Dance of the day, keep avoiding those cream cakes...............

I had a look at the spreadsheet thingy - very colourful and cheerful!;)
and it's nice to be kept in line without having to fork out £5.50 a week or whatever for clubs.
This eating less has really to be a lifelong change for me so it has to fit in with OH and DD -it's not a diet but a lifestyle
I'm intending to cut down on portion sizes and try to go for more fruit and veg and less fatty stuff but as my eating tends to be erratic (not erotic!) then calorie counting/diet plans etc just don't seem to work
However if I have to weigh myself each week and tell you lovely lot then I seem to want to keep on track so thanks for being there and making me laugh and making it all seem possibleMay you fill up the great clutterbucket of life and may all of your leaks be in cheese sauce
