Happy Monday everyone:)
I feel a bit uneasy about work at the moment, lots of unsettling things happening and a phone call last night that has upset me a bit from a past colleague.
Never mind, keep calm and carry on I guess:cool:
I have thai rice with jumbo prawns to take for lunch........scrummy!
Hope everyone has a good week, would someone please post a dance of the day:)But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

Hiya:o:(:o
Bit scared-:o ......As I am a DFW , I wondered if there was room for one more on this thread because I would like to lose about 5 stone and to quote Judi24
"Hi All - I see you are all well into your challenges - but could I please join in too?? I need to loose about 5 stone in total but a target of 28lb would be good at the moment - I am planning to start WW tomorrow - but without going to a club! I just need some moral support! I also need to start exercising so going to sort out a plan for that tonight - I really struggle to fit it in with the kids, work, home etc - but I need to make a real effort as I feel horrible!!!!"
It was as if I had written it and very spooky:eek:
I'm wondering if its a sign? what do I have to do ? help!cos for me losing weight would be so
May you fill up the great clutterbucket of life and may all of your leaks be in cheese sauce

Not doing good today - no motivation so no exercise, and not feeling too chipper (that's the recurrent bit flaring I see - pretty depressed TBH) so the eating is out of the window too. However, my comfort food for today is meatballs with bacon and baked beans.** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **
**SPC 2012 #1498 -£152 and 1499 ***
I do it all because I'm scared.

To compare how few bits fitted me 5 weeks ago and how much stuff I have, I had 2 work skirts and 1 pair of work trousers. I had about 3, maybe 4 work tops. I then had 3 pairs of casual cropped trousers and 2 or 3 tunic tops for wearing in the evening/weekends/supermarket etc
Don't even ask about what's on the coat pegs in the hall...........
When I went through my wardrobes back in March/April sometime (when I noticed that many of my maHOOsive clothes collection was uncomfortable to wear) I bagged up 7 dustbin sacks for donation. And I still have overflowing wardrobes  Still, at least those too-tight trousers were no longer there to taunt me....and I also have a good excuse to buy more when I hit my targetBurlesque_Babe wrote: »he said a lot of other stuff as well but probably not enough spades to go around and I am so angry with him at the moment I really need the spade all to myself .
