    B - apple
L - sausage, bacon and egg
D - chicken leg and veg

May have a little Freddo choccy later, see how I feel. I think I've earnt it after nearly dying doing Day 1 Stage 2 shred....the plank twists and stuff takes it out of you!

I was kind of thinking this kind of thing ??

    ooooooooooow Lou...........owwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww :(

I've had a really good wardrobe sort out.

I've been through everything shoved in the one I use each day and moved stuff that is about 2 weeks away or about a stone away into the second wardrobe. There were a fair few bits in there that I'd almost forgotten I had :o and a few bits that were 'a bit too tight so I'll try to forget I'm too fat for them' which now fit. I have a whole wardrobe of clothes now that are either just about to get too big or fit. The number of pairs of cropped trousers I found was embarrassing :o Last October I bought 3 pairs for my holiday. They are cheap linen and shrunk a bit over the winter, so I bought more for my May holiday. I then found some shoved in corners that were a bit tired and I haven't worn for a couple of years that also fit.

I then found linen pairs that are the next size down (and fit but will wait until the others are even bigger than they now are ;)) and a pair which is 2 sizes smaller which I got on, zipped up and the button done up  OK, a bit too tight around the bum but I reckon they are about a stone away.

I seem to have a bit of a cropped trouser fetish :o:rotfl:

I'm ignoring the big pile of clothes (mostly never worn/still with tags on, cough ) on the floor of the other wardrobe and the drawer stuffed full of stuff as that's all about 3 sizes smaller - I'll hopefully start looking at that lot in October time :D

Ok I plucked up the courage to weigh myself. I'm 9st 13lbs with a BMI of 24.6. Considering I am small framed and only 5ft 3in I would like to lose 18lbs. Lou could you please put me on the spreadsheet. OK now I have committed this to paper it's time to get my act together properly. I'll re-start doing The Shred , play squash once a week, do yoga twice a week and get on my bike (not sure for how far!). I really do ned to cut down on my portion sizes so I will take guidance from all of you and start listing what I eat throughout the day.

As I have weighted myself today, does it mean I can be naughty for the rest of today and start tomorrow or do I have to start being good from this afternoon ?

Well at least you wont have to spend a fortune on a completely new wardrobe of clothes BB:T

You must treat your self to something special once you are at your target weight though:)

Lou, that sounds really really painful. Hope it heals quickly. Does that mean you won't be able to do The Shred yet?;)
