    Good Morning Everyone:wave:

After a week of being so good I have managed to lose..........2.5lbs:j:j
Mr J has also lost 2lbs so we are both very chuffed with ourselves:D

I have been trying not to focus on food much at all, plan ahead and have healthy snacks at the ready....I have fallen in love with pickled onions:cool:

Lovely to see some new slimmers wanting to join, welcome all.

Off now to update the spreadsheet with the newbies and this weeks losses.

    Keep the kettle boiling everyone:T
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Hi, could I please join in..?
I could do with some accountability :) I'm trying to lose weight by eating less and exercising daily. I have a cross trainer that I plan to go on for 30 mins a day.
I had lost half a stone but I've put it back on. Its been a month of picking, eating badly and not exercising regularly.
I intend to start afresh tomorrow

Frankie, I have added you to the spreadsheet with a target of half a stone (7 lbs) if you would like a different target just let me know.

    Morning,
I got on the scales this morning, I've decided Saturday morning first thing after I've had a wee will be my weigh in ( sorry if too much info there :) ), and I've gained 5.5 lbs of the 7lbs I'd lost the other month. How depressing. Though I've been eating for England so it's hardly surprising!

So, I'll weigh in again next week and let you know my loss ( hopefully!)

7lbs is fine for a start LouiseJ. I'll stick with that for my 10 week challenge. It's much more than that over all. Oh, my, I've just worked it out.....90lbs!!!!!
If you could put that on the spreadsheet so I can scare myself into action everytime I see it, that would be great.

So far today, I've managed my 30 mins on the cross trainer, drunk 1 litre of water and had 2 cups of tea. I think I'm going to make myself a bacon and egg sandwich for brunch.
I'm hoping the fact that it's the weekend and the kids are around will mean I won't overeat....we can but hope!

Just to re-cap for the newbies regarding weigh in.

If at all possible can you post your weigh losses over Saturday and Sunday as I am rarely around during the week.

Please post all losses/gains IN RED so that I can easily see them, I would hate to miss anyones post.

If I have thanked you it means that I have seen your post and updated the Spreadsheet with any information given.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
