    Thanks for that Sashybo,
She's apparently feeling a lot better this morning. Yesterday was horrible, she was halucinating off all the drugs and looked very poorly but she's had a shower this morning which will make the owrld of difference to her!

Hi Smarties, congratulations on baby number 2 - not long to go now!

Well had yet another scan yesterday (not the nice tummy one ) and the drugs have caused 2 eggs to form, have one more on Monday and as long as no more have formed get the go ahead. So coupled with the visit to see my mum that's £5 spent on parking for 90 mins!! Makes me very mad!!

Took back a laptop holder that I'd bought in the sales in a mad panic - it's basically just a magazine rack but cost £30. Also took back a nightie I'd got my mum which had cuffs on the sleeves so she couldn't wear it and a pair of trousers I'd bought for work that were too big. So that's £51 winging it's way back into my account.
Posted off this week's Take a Break competition entry.

Resisted a fitness magazine in Sainsers this morning when returning the trousers. Unfortunately my wedding magazine addiction seems to be transferring to anythign glossy which promises to make my life great - home magazines, fitness mags you name it!! Must...resist...shiny...glossiness... *slides Elle and She magazines under sofa with foot*

Well off to watch the Poirot I recorded and do the ironing while OH is at the pub watching the Derby.
How rock and roll my life has become!!!:rotfl:

Well got most of my todo list done today which I'm pleased about - expecially as I practically had to use mountain climbing equipment to tackle the ironing!

Popped into hospital to see mum, OH was playing poker at a pub 10 mins walk away so parked there and walked to hospital saving me money.

Mum really looking loads better than she did yesterday so absolutely over the moon! Just need to find out if she needs any chemo and when we can get her home.

Bit nervous about tomorrow, doing a training course for the first time, just want it over with!

    Flying visit yet again!
Had a busy few days, training course went well- have another to go tomorrow night. Mum doing much better and is able to get up and about (sort of) in hospital and may be coming out soon as they need her bed. Not sure how happy I am about that as I don't think she's in a condition for home but I suppose they are professionals!
NSD today which I'm pleased with, still waiting for the first loan payment to come out, want to cross out that 48!!
Feeling very tired as had to get up at 2am this morning to give myself a special injection as tomorrow is OH's contribution so to speak!! You can imagine the state I was injecting myself. Stomach is very bruised and sore as a result.
Looking forward to watchin my big fat gypsy wedding and then bed!!
I must get to the gym soon - have put weight on since I started the health kick!!!

Grrrr, a rather expensive few days .
Was at hospital on Wednesday for the final part of the IUI, OH dropped me at work to pick me up to go straight to the hospital. He was late picking me up due to the fact the car had no power and wouldn't go above 35 miles an hour. Trying not to get stressed we trundled along (slowly) and made it for the treatment.

Managed to get the car to a gargage near home (although it was a very closse thing!!)

Turns out the servce we had had back in May wasn't done properly and something that should have been changed wasn't. So £120 later the car was fixed. It also turns out that the wheels couldn't have been checked as when we had the wheels replaced last week some locking bit was missing so we had to pay extra to have the old ones knocked off and new ones fitted. This is very worrying as the brake pads were supposed to have been changed at the service

I'm sure there is a more technical explanation which would read a lot easier!!!

On a more positive note, mum is doing loads better although she's out of hospital as they needed her bed! Just waiting on results now and then chemo to start in two months.

Hoping to have a NSD tomorrow, seems like ages since I've had one - January seems to have been a very expensive and very long. Going to go the gym and get some work done. Have managed to put off all the work I needed to do today

Anyway, am settled on the sofa with the Tudors on. Happy Days

Sorry to hear about the car - they are so expensive to run! We've had to replace so many parts on our car it feels like we've re-built the damn thing!

Glad to hear your mum is doing well. :j

Thanks Sashybo, she's getting better everyday which is great.:j
I feel like we've had nothing but bother with this car hoping it lasts the 4 years of our loan because we won't be able to afford one before then!!

Well today has been a good day, a NSD, a gym trip, massive house tidy and catch up with old friends. Actually really enjoyed body combat at the gym today. Was half way through and suddenly realised I was having fun and not hating every minute!:T

Gonna put my todo list on and try to get more of it done, seemed to have ground to a halt. OH if off out playing poker so have a few hours of my tv to do everything!

Well that's a pretty impressive list Sazzle! You make me so proud. ;)

I particularly like that school work is interpersed with house stuff. I have to break it up too.

Glad you've had a better day. I bet that doing combat really helped to get rid of some of the stresses!

Hope your mum's ok! Have a good week. :D
Wandered away from the MSE track for a while but am back and on a mission! Debts cleared nearly £18k. Now to start saving ...

Haha, would love to take credit for thinking about order of list but no it was just as I thought it. Just realised how unorganised my brain must actually be and how easily distracted I am:rotfl:
Read the creative curriculum book and am even more confused than ever. Have no idea what I am actually supposed to be teaching!!!

Consulancy things tomorrow morning in lieu of overtime so will have a blast at the rest of the list.

Combat was great for blasting away stresses. I wish I was motivated to go after school to the class but I always manage to find an excuse. It would really help with stress and whatnot!

On positive note OH won £30 at poker so that's gone into the honeymoon pot. Pleased he's won because it seems like ages since he last did - he always seems to get beat on the flop or the river or some equally odd name!

Well, today has not got off to a good start. Got out of bed and promptly fell over!! Went to the doctors and have been diagnosed with labrynthitis (sp), because we haveing fertility treatment I can't have anything to treat it:(
So had to cancel the schools I was due to support today and won't be going to far as I'm not allowed to drive, feel very very nauseous and am struggling with standing!!
Still on the plus side, I guess this means I can have an NSD!!Also got our mortgage statement through today and we have actually managed to pay some off, unlike the last one where the interest was more than we had paid. :j Luckily we were able to put down a deposit so even though the house isn't worth what we paid for it, so what we owe is less than what it's worth now. Even better is the fixed rate ends in June and we've got our fingers crossed that interest rates don't increase because then our payments would reduce dramatically.
So todays todo list (not sure how much I'll be able to do but heigh ho.
