    We have that sort of problem even though we are on permanent contracts.... if you have more than 2 sick periods in 6 months (even if it's just one day at a time) it incurs a displinary for sickness. I was sent home for a migraine, and had one the other day, so now if I go sick before May I will have a displinary!! :(

    This is the sort of stuff I need to remind myself of when I get a bit peed off with being self-employed.
    Honestly, I wouldn't last 5 minutes in a sh1thole like that. The only question remaining would be as to whether or not I gave them a gobful of abuse on my way out the door. Hopefully I've outgrown such behaviour but I wouldn't say that with my hand on my heart.

    Evening all,
    just realised i havent posted my pad for today yet so here goes
    £14.77 to my loan please.
    So annoyed with myself. I've way over spent this week:o, i've been so good lately too. To make me feel even worse OH got paid some o/t and i've still managed to over spend. OH is off on his hols next week too and we havent a bean to spend:o, might have to raid my pad tin so we can do something. I'll be back on track once march bills have been paid tho.
