my hubby was duty management this morning i'll ask him if this was plausible! if so i can imagine alot of others quite hacked off, staff couldn't even put them by for after their shift. i do no there are no plans to repeat this promotion

Went to the Birstall branch at 8:57 and there was a queue of about 30 people. We couldn't be bothered and went back home :P

Presuming you are winding everyone up but if not, who on earth would buy one from you on ebay, knowing you only paid 1p and also the fact they are only £6.49 to buy from Ikea anyway. Postage and any fee charged for the chair would probably be more than that.

That said, you are probably just trying to wind people up for some reason - yawn!

so did you hire a small coach or did they travel in separate cars if so did you pay their expenses, and factor that in to your costings (hope you didn't have to travel far) because by my reckoning for the 200 chairs you claim to of purchased you would have had to have 33 people. thats without what you got in the other van

We work on the industrial estate next to ikea, Sure you knowit very well indeed, There petrol is company expensed anyway ,

I am not going to sell them know am i ?.

i for one would rather have paid full price. then again, i know next time not to bother - life is too precious to risk it over penny chairs!!!!!!!!!
