    Breakfast: 6/6
    Lunch : Kids Sandwiches 4/4. OH+OP - LO Fish Pie = 0/2
    Supper : Baked Potato Beans Cheese (not too much) Coleslaw 6/6

    Today = 16/18
    Total = 825/924 = 89.3%
    I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour
    Drinking milk shakes, cold and long
    Smiling and waving and looking so fine

    Tuesday 23/2 - more snow - bored of it now

    Today

    Breakfast: 6/6
    Lunch : Sandwiches & Carrots & Apple 6/6.
    Supper : OP+OH Jerk Chicken & Rice (using old spice sachet) £0.80p each. Kids Rice & Peas & Quorn Chicken = £1.80 = 45p = 4/6

    Today = 16/18
    Total = 841/942 = 89%

    Wasn't too hard - OH and I just cooked same stuff as we do at home, but with seaside treats thorwn in on top!!.

    Just a bit boring ATM - but with Weezl's new thread there will be some new stuff to try mmmm

    Easy - I will eat anything except quiche and cottage cheese - except if there is nothing else

    Wednesday 24th - roof is nearly on the extesnion now - gosh its quick

    Today

    Breakfast: 6/6
    Lunch : (6/6) : OP+OH - LO Jerk Rice (no chicken) Kids : Sandwiches & Carrots & Apple
    Supper : (4/6) : OP+OH - Chilli (£1.50 mince Lidl, 75p Onion, tomato & beans) 25p sour cream + 2 6p Sainsbury pitta = £2.62 for 4 portions = 65p each
    DS2 - Double noodles ham and peas = 46p
    DD1, DD2, DS1 = cauldron veggie (3 for 2) chopped sausage in pitta = 6p+ 38 (4 sausage between 3)

    Today = 16/18
    Total = 857/960 = 89%

    Just an idea on the stuffed pitta bread ideas for the kids - making the protein source go further....

    Veggie Kebabs - choose chunky veggies (quartered or cherry tomatoes, red onion pieces, mushrooms, courgettes, peppers) and a protein source (pieces of veggie sausages, quorn pieces, cubes of 'salad cheese' (feta type cheese 0.77 a pack in Mr T's) or cheddar cubes!!! halloumi would be good too - but might be a bit pricey for your budget - marinate in a mix of olive oil, lemon juice and dried herbs of your choice - thread onto skewers and grill. Serve in warmed pitta bread with shredded lettuce if liked.
