The bit about me reads a bit strangely too now. I had 2 posts deleted cos I wasn't aware of the new rules. I was a bit perplexed I didn't get a warning from the forum team, but I know they are very busy:A.
I'll go and find the new rules for you and anyone else who'd not seen them
Forum Rules thread is here - please discuss rules on that thread and not this one, thanks.
Please read them, as there are several changes, and some rules have been tightened up

Hi Mark just popping in for a quick update. Glad to see everything is going well and only marred by the minor interruption of your kitchen and heating going .
As ever very inspirational

Hi Mark, I am one of those lurky types and have been following your thread from the beginning and have to say I have been very impressed by your tenacity and determination to keep on going (even under fire) This thread is a wonderful tool to help you achieve your aims and if anyone else can glean anything from it to help themselves as well, then more power to your arm. :T
Hope the heating is now ON.Haters are gonna hate - you're not obliged to participate0
