Listen to all advice in a careful and considered manner. Smile sweetly and say thanks but don't feel obliged to accept it at face value. Take all advice, sift through it and pick out the bits that are relavant to you and adapt others to suit.

My granny had it on a plate and it was the first thing I learnt to read, and as she said, if you take it to heart it will always stand you in good stead.

And you know what, she was right!

ive tried to find secret hidden meanings in it, hoping to find some deep soul searching truth... but it think its pretty self explainitory (still true though )
