Ok, here are mine...
-remember that everything is temporary- EVERYTHING, the good and the bad stuff. LIfe is full of ups and downs and we are in constant state of flux...so, don't panic if things change, don't be scared of changing- just go with it and see what can teach you about yourself.
- take care of yourself- the rest will come. We can only change our own ways and take care of our own problems- don't worry about others, it is up to them, you can choose how to handle them.
- spend some time every day just with yourself. I am a long-time yoga practitioner and I know that when I don't have to time to stop and take a breath, things start to go down . Take time to stop and re-connect with yourself. That can be to just sit down for a cup of tea, write in a journal, or simply spend five minutes in bed, quiet, before getting up. Whatever suits you and your lifestyle. But take that time everyday to say 'hello' to your inner self, because that is where our strength is, that's where the inner compass lives...when we lose touch with that, we lose ourselves. Ah, and always remember to say 'than you' for everything you have and everything still to come.
- my personal one with year is ''t doesn't matter'- because you know, it doesn't really matter at all!!
Happy 2010 to everyone!!0 -

As Liza Minelli said 'Start by admitting from cradle to grave, it isn't that long a stay'. I believe I'm only here once so I enjoy it and let people I love know how I feel because when they're gone, they're gone too.'The road to a friends house is never long'0

I read this quote many years ago in a little book and although I forget who wrote it now I always remember this quote,

Live in the NOW
Accept everything that comes your way even those situations perceived as negative, just let it flow right through you. Otherwise you are resisting life itself.
Because what you resist- persists; and what you look at- disappears.
So deal with it!more dollar$ than sense0 -
