got my 2 CC statements today. Paid the one for £81, Lands End had refunded the items plus the postage as promised so it just left £81 so that is now clear.
Also got the CC statement for the CC I put my car on so has £1400 on it. Went to pay and my bank account says I am £800 in credit (cheque going in, holiday money going out) but only £1100 available balance. I had a o/d limit of £1700 and knew paying it off would make me overdrawn but the figures don't now stack up. However, I know I contacted the bank months ago to ask to reduce my limit and they said they couldn't do it until it was up for review. Perhaps that is now! I'm sure I wouldn't have asked for it to be reduced by such a huge amount.
Hmmm, bit of a messy looking account then. Means I can't pay off the whole £1400 now if they have reduced the o/d. Will wait a day or so to see if I get a letter in the post.
Maybe paying for the holiday in 1 lump sum was rash.....in more ways than 1......I asked him to leave on Tuesday night, told him we were over and he was to take his stuff........"Stay Wonky":D

nothing more to say really in that is where it's at at the moment. He took his shirts from the wardrobe and said he'd come back for the rest of his stuff at the weekend.
He tried to tell me by email yesterday afternoon that I was in the wrong over the conversation that had taken place but I told him he was incorrect and reminded him of the exact conversation (strange ability I have to do that but it is useful at times)
Basically he had made a snide remark and it was one too many. I put him right, he didn't like it and got extremely angry and shouty whilst trying to back track. By then I was in tears with anger, said 'go away' because by then he was stood up and hollering at me whilst I was sat and he said 'no, you go away'. I told him it was my house and he turned to go so I just said 'we're over, take your things and go'."Stay Wonky":D

Awww - Sounds like it was a horrible way to do it but it's been a long time coming..
How'd you feel about it now?"Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0 -
it's been coming a few times, it happened a couple of months ago but I stupidly gave in and asked him to come back 2 nights later.
I don't feel anything. I don't feel upset, angry, sad, happy, nothing. I don't feel 'numb' I just feel 'normal' as if he's gone on another ski-ing trip for a few days. Been to work, done my normal stuff.
Basically he tried to say I hadn't researched something thoroughly because it was for his son and not something for me. This is a line he trots out every now and again when he doesn't hear exactly what he wants to hear. I had researched it thoroughly (even started a thread on the travel board on MSE for advice) but he hadn't received the emails. I had re-sent 1 (the most relevant) and verbally told him the rest. He decided to forget all the verbal stuff I had told him and 'remembered' just the 1 email. Basically he was saying I was lying about what I was saying I'd done and then tried to make it out that it was because it was for his son (which is rubbish as I always try to look up what I can when his DS needs help).
I re-sent the 2 other emails and he received them. He emailed back to try to say something different happened. I repeated what had been said and he replied saying it was me being 'grizzly'. I said no........I wasn't....."Stay Wonky":D
