not much to update
- ex has a for sale sign outside the house
- I've had a letter today from the insurers saying they've received my documents (sent 12 days ago!)
- the job I've gone for has closed today
- my kettling boiler is doing my head in but OH just keeps saying I should 'switch off' from the noise :mad:

no, it's either air or limescale. It's incredibly loud. Starts after about 30 minutes and only stops when it reaches temperature but as soon as it re-fires up it re-starts. The noise is all around the boiler area.
OH said how cold the house is this morning........I said if he made a contribution to the gas he could have the heating on longer..........you can probably imagine the reply........."Stay Wonky":D

having a bit of a reflective morning. Perhaps my ex has got the right idea after all, selling up and starting again. Can't see though that I'd see my ultimate mortgage free goal including a move to somewhere like Hartlepool etc etc where houses are cheap but I do wonder where my life is going at the moment and why the hell I don't just walk away from constantly putting up with second best."Stay Wonky":D

Spending some time this weekend with friends, the Husband was diagnosed with lung cancer only a month or so ago....4 boys from 9yrs (twins) to 21!
Been on chemo and could only have weeks, why him? ***k knows! If there is a God, then es got a sick sense of humour!
