Burlesque Babe bid to stay debt free in 2010

wellllll, I don't know if I'll drop it altogether........work have paid for me to do my qualification so I don't think they'd be too impressed at me quitting as a tutor. I think I will perhaps keep it to 1 short course per term. Although last year, my courses were 10 weeks, they might be longer again next year. It all depends on the best way of getting funding in from learners as to how they structure the leisure type courses.
I will have a handy qualification though as I could maybe go into training rather than teaching. See how things pan out really - if my afternoon job doesn't become permanent and money runs out, I will need the teaching until I get sorted. I'm committed to a 5 week course in June as well in the evenings but I'll do that one as I'll have had a break.
I've realised what I enjoy is the planning of the curriculum - stuff like coming up with the courses, ensuring they are varied, enticing etc and fitting them into the timetable. I was asked to do that for the cookery courses this year with the curriculum manager and I enjoyed it. Gives me something to think about if any opportunity like that ever comes up which I wouldn't have even realised I liked if I hadn't have been teaching."Stay Wonky":D

won £1 on daily free scratchcard which took me over £10 minimum withdrawal
Re-start teaching tonightKeep thinking though - it's only for 5 weeks. Snow was forecast and I couldn't decide if I wanted it to snow (session would be off) but the roads/paths would have more ice on them, or for it not to snow - carry on the thaw, but it means teaching. Snow hasn't arrived so I'll be going in about 45 minutes.

Class was ok last night, quite nice because over half had been on courses of mine before which makes it easier for me to feel comfortable with them. 4 weeks left! Came out of the school to snow starting but it had turned to rain by the time I got home and it's not snowed here, although it seems all around me is a good few inches of the stuff.
Now, a bit of a question about cars.
There's a car i've seen that I like but this is the photo of the wheel. That's rust on the brake drum?
Is this a really bad thing? Is it a case of why it is there - ie been stood for a long time - in which case, why stood for a long time? Other reasons or just one of those things. It' s a Y reg. car with 53k on the clock.
Was very bad the night before last and spent £80 on the Lands End site on 3 pairs of trousers and 2 pairs of shoes. I can't see me keeping it all, but I thought if I'm wanting to look at 1 item and paying 3.95 for the delivery, what the hell, I'll order a bit more
It was all in the sale:D

Rusty brake drums are fairly normal. If I don't drive my car over the weekend, then I too have rusty drums on Monday - it soon burns off.0

Is it a brake drum? The photo is a little unclear but it looks like a brake disk. In which case, the first few steps on the pedal will wipe it clear and shiny.
Mine go slightly rusty literally overnight. Even without it raining."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)
