Have sold the first things for the £100-£10k challenge, 2 pairs of rollerblades for £6 profit each, and a Flemish speaking label maker for £2 profit. Am thinking I am going to try to focus on matched betting instead, once I have the sewing and wedding books out the way.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Been looking at houses again today, and one of them is a definate contender. 4 decent sized bedrooms, lounge, conservatory, reasonable sized kitchen (but a bespoke one, all granite and shinyness and an American fridge freezer thing), big garden, garage, marble showerroom, storage area in the roof. Downsides are it has no bath so would need the upstairs loo enlarging a bit into bedroom 4 to create a proper bathroom and a skylight putting in, and the master bedroom is on the ground floor at the front so would need voile curtains or something putting in so people can't look at you getting changed! Also its not in a village but a small and fairly up market town, so while its in very quiet suburbia, its walking distance to some very nice restaurants for a night out. Its comfortably within our budget too, so we wouldn't be too tight. Very seriously thinking of putting in an offer.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

The house sounds lovely Dinah! & very exciting about *maybe* putting an offer in. The list for next week looks good, but all the '2 pages of wedding book' sent my eyes a bit funny!! How's your knee?
Hope everyone's had a nice weekend! Spent most of it shopping but managed to get OH some new shoes (typical girlfriend style, I hate his shoes!) and some new jeans that don't hang off his bum (why do boys do that?!) so he's looking very smart! Managed to get myself some trainers too so I can re-start the exercise routine tomorrow after work.0 -
Still no change in the knee sadly.
What exercise are you planning to do?
We've made a plan of attack for the house, its three pronged. Firstly, NIM needs to speak to his dad. Secondly we'd like a second viewing. And thirdly we want to see anything else which is comparable to make sure its as good as it seems.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

The house sounds great Dinah, is sensile to have a look around first though. We are going to sign up to all the estate agents this week so we can start looking for a flat if anything comes up.
I have been revising all weekend...will be so glad when this exam is over and done with tomorrow.0 -
Glad everyone has had good weekends. My little munchkins have gone home now, so little bit of peace and quiet.
Dinah, have your comics finished yet? How did they do?0
