See why I'm having trouble sleeping!? This is one days to do list!!!

Still hating the wedding. Calling it quits for the night though, really hoping to sleep without taking the tablets again tonight though, they messed me up so badly last night.

My shoes from Next came with nasty bling on it, really, really nasty bling. So I cut it off. Was considering getting a vintage style broach to go there in its place, but actually I quite like them plain.

Honestly, one of these days you're going to say something nice about your wedding and I'm going to be floored! :D

 Okay, that is a little worrying. I know most kids go through a morbid phase, but blimerz!

Excited today because after 2 failed attempts, we've finally and properly and OMGAAAAH-ly got our holiday booked :j

You did pretty well with the list! I know what you mean about sleeping pills messing you up, I really don't like them. When I've taken them they've not knocked me out, just made me feel really groggy which lasts all day. Horrid!

It's probably best to leave the shoes plain, I was talking to a lady in my dress shop and she said that shoe bling really tears up the bottom of your dress, not good!

Yay! Are you coming up to My Land again?

We've booked a week off work at the beginning of October and we're going to get a cheap all inclusive week away to Majorca, seen a few on the Teletext site for about £170pp. We really need to just get away for a bit! I have to get it booked actually, but I'm a bit confused because it says transfers not included and I don't really know how to organise getting from the airport to the hotel... I've only done package deals on my own or gone with my parents who've hired a car!

We are :D Although we're more towards the N.Yorks coast this time, but close enough to York to have a day or two there. It's really pretty, and according to the description has a decked patio 'to while away the hours overlooking stunning paddocks where deer and foxes play' :cheesy:

Can't help with the holiday transfer thingy! All I remember from going abroad (years and years ago!) was getting a Taxi from the airport to the Hotel. Depends how far away it is I guess? Hope you get it sorted though!

Try the travel forums on the tripadvisor boards Birdie - if you ask on the Majorca board they'll be able to answer for you. Its a wealth of travel info over there!

I don't know where in mallorca youre going birdie but I went to pretty much the other side of the island once and it cost about 70euros in a taxi (one way) so I dont know but it might be cheaper to hire a car? or when I went skiing I got a transfer mini bus from the airport to the resort but i think thats more common in ski areas!

Thanks for the tips! Had a look on the TA site and had a look on Travel Supermarket and found a few reasonable shuttle options. Just have to get everything booked now! Then I have to go and buy some cheap holiday clothes from Primark etc because I don't want to 'waste' the nice things I've got for February on a cheapy holiday!

Don't be daft girl! Its not a cheap holiday if you spend another £200 on clothes, toiletries etc before you go. Its not like your clothes will get destroyed - enjoy them and get some use out of them, and use the savings to pay for something else towards the wedding, or pay down some of the debt.

She's buying clothes for a week from Primark, not a year  I'm the same though, if I buy something special for something I'll refuse to wear it before! It's like you've de-virginised it!

Hope everyone's alright this morning, I got up too early again so I'm just plodding about *sigh* I did find some speakers though which I can use on my work computer, so when I'm bored at work I can watch the Shaytards or catch up on some Easties :D Oo, and hope you're feeling better today Birdie!

    And DINAH. Veil photos!
