Hi,
How are we all today?
That's annoying about people dropping out Dinah, but like you say it shows you who matters. OH uses our towels for cleaning up spillages, drives me mad. Just use a cloth or something!
Hope you feel better soon Birdie, that virus sounds horrible. I hate feeling dizzy.
I have had a fun but tiring week. We had our work party Wed night, school disco theme and then we went to the next top model party last night (the one i was in last year). They made the volunteers do a dance to single ladies this year , so glad i didn't have to do that!
Anyone doing anything fun this weekend? Dinah, its your hen do isn't it?0 -
It is, but I don't know what we're doing yet - no doubt there will be pictures afterwards!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Can't wait to see them! I am sure it will be fun.
I just got invited today for a meal for my friends hen do next weekend, which will be nice.0 -
I do believe that I feel 1% better today, I'm on the mend!
Your week does sound fun Wendz, I'm always jealous of the fun things you get up to! You are lucky for getting out of dancing to Single Ladies though!
Have you got any hints for the hen party Dinah? Any outfit requirements? Any sign of L plates and willy straws?!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
Lol if I see a willy straw I will walk out! That kind of thing doesn't just make me cringe, it makes me feel sick tbh. Luckily my maid of honor is of the same vein, and she has promised nothing tasteless. That said I'm really worried about her, she had to go to A & E two days ago, severe gum infection made her collapse. The two of us are cursed - we've never had a celebration where the other one wasn't ill - just in the last year our engagement party she had whiplash and was on crutches so couldnt travel, her birthday I had food poisioning, my birthday she had a bladder infection, hen do she has a gum infection, what is going to happen at the wedding?! 7 years we've been friends, not a single celebration without one or the other being properly ill.
Glad you're feeling a little bit better Birdie.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Hi all! Sorry for my lack of posts, I've got a nasty toe infection that has been giving me no end of grief but I've finally got some antibiotics for it now so fingers crossed it's on the mend by early next week!
Sorry about your virus, Birdie! Those things can be so horrible and frightening too if you're going dizzy.ISA savings: £25,139 Other Savings: £1750 (tied up in bond)0 -
Lol if I see a willy straw I will walk out!
Don't be boring, willy straws are hilariously tacky! How did it go??
Hope everyone's having a nice weekend! We went out for dinner today, got so annoyed as all the waiters were more interested in chatting up the pretty girls next to us so we were left waiting for ages, and they just kind of dumped the food down without a word, so I made my point by not tipping. And I always tip! But in all fairness, the girls were very pretty! Ended up at this outlet center looking at rings afterwardsOH told me that maybe next year he'll 'invest in some metal' I think he's decided he wants to do it properly now, rather than just this promise we have at the moment. Eep!

Fabulously untacky - no L plates or willy straws in sight! We had a cocktail making masterclass on saturday, then got glammed up for dinner out, then drinks, then today we went to a thai spa. Was a fantastic weekend and everyone got on so well.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Sounds fabulous and very you, glad you enjoyed it!
Cinny, exciting about the possibility of the ring. We had problems with waitors being slow last night when we went for dinner, think they forgot about us and we had to go remind them. Was a nice meal out apart from that.
I am not doing well moneywise this month and got a hen do meal next weekend , next month will be expensive too eek. Better stop spending money on rubbish then.0
