Lol we went to Asda before Tesco started their offer, got 90 cans for £45 or something like that. The bbq boys over the weekend had suprisingly few.

The rooms are all completely stripped, now its time to start plastering the rooms and making them good. I just found out the bathroom suite takes a month to arrive :-O So need to order that, will be doing that this evening when I've shown NIM and he's agreed its the one we want.

Personally, if I was spending what you're spending on my wedding I'd be pretty darn organised and making sure that everything is perfect because I really wouldn't want anyone picking holes in my Big Day

Have to agree with Birdie here. I don't get how you're so laid back about it! You are spending an awful lot, don't you want it to be sickeningly perfect?? Like the typos on the invites, that would make my knees hurt! But then I get stressed at just thinking about planning mine and OHs wedding, so it might just be me? Hope you manage to get in touch with the lost groomsman!

Everything else sounds pretty dandy though, hope everything with the house goes nicely! Don't forget to haggle a little with the quote, let them know how much you want to spend and see what they can do. Weird about the bathroom suite! Where are you ordering from? Is a super special one or made to order?

Had my tattoo done this morning. It's very pretty! We put a little heart at the end of the word too and filled it with each others favourite colours.. although my sisters favourite colour is black so it just looks like I have a block heart!

    The tattoo sounds gorgeous Cinny!

I have to agree. The typos in the invites would drive me batty. I am a very laid back person but things like that annoy me.

I do tend to agree here aswell. If/When OH and i do get married i can pretty much guarantee our budget would be no where near as big, but i would still be panicky (sp?) about everything and chasing it all up. Have to agree if i had paid money for invites and they were wrong i think i would cry - maybe that just says something about me though? :o

I'd love to see the tattoos too! They sound lovely and it's such a sweet idea.

I'd definitely get my wedding invitations redone if they had typos! But it's like CMD says, everyone has different priorities - I'd go all out for the right music and food, but I'm not so worried about flowers, favours and place cards... As long as you're happy with how it's going Dinah, don't worry about it! It is a vast amount of money, but it's much better to be relaxed that one of those bridezilla types - eek!
