Aw Tink sorry to hear about the job :( I hate all those tigorous interviews where all you want to do is stand up and shout "I really want this job, I'm clever and hard working, give it to meeee!!" :o INterviews are all good experience though :)

Nightmare Wendz, your poor sis, and poor you having to do all her packing - although I'm sure she'd rather be doing it herself. Good news on the bedroom wall front though!

Lara, eek, midst of DIY SOS by the sounds of it, well done using the big machine though :D

I'm up early to see if the cheap London tix are online yet but they're not ... due today though so will check first thing at work, don't want to pay more than £13.50 each way!!!

Good Lord Tete, that really is dedication to MSE, I didn't even know there were two 6.29's in the day!

I really want to see Legally Blonde too Tink, think my Mum will be easy to talk round to it!

Thanks Flower! I really hope everyone loves them; I've been pulling my hair out to get them finished, there have been so many reprints and disasters I stopped even seeing the words so I was holding my breath last night as OH was reading it in case he found a mistake! All he found was a blue full stop at the end of a line of red writing but I can live with that!

Hope the physio goes a little better today Dinah!

Lulu - Sorry to head about the job. Sounds like a grin and bare it affair though, as you do need the money. But there's nothing stopping you looking for a new one!

Tink - Just mark that one as experience. 3 hour interview though, blimez! Well done on the ciao money too :D

Those invites are fab Birdie!! Show off :p

Not getting much work done today. Too excited!! I have my MAC order being delivered and I'm picturing the pretty black packaging.. I really need to get more interests.

I second Cinny! Sorry to hear about the job Lulu - I guess as long as you've got money coming in try to stay optimistic. They obviously wanted you a lot, so lots of other people will too!

Tink, sorry to hear about the interview - it's horrid getting rejected :( I know it doesn't feel like much help, but it IS great experience and you are one step closer to getting something better. Chin up!

Birdie -LOVE THEM! (invitations that is, not smear tests...obviously!)

Cinny, seeing as we're on MSE I'd like to reprimand you, but a) that would be super hypocritical and b) I want to know what you got!! For the love of twirly Martin though, did you *have* to spend enough to get free delivery? :D

Morning all. No real change in physio. She ultrasounded my knee though to try to get the muscle tissue regrowing quicker. She is going to speak to my consultant if he ever manages to get back from India though as she seems to think it'd be better if I just got on and had the surgery, because physio isn't going to be enough.

Told NIM about the overspending last night, I was really nervous about it because its a lot of money and we dont have it, and he just hugged me and I asked him why he wasn't yelling at me and he said 'darling you'll have been beating yourself up over this a million times worse than I ever would, so you need my support not me telling you off'. Sometimes I get a moment like that and I know exactly why I'm marrying him and not any of the perfectly nice boys I've dated

Well it sounds as though she's at least talking straight (and sense) so fingers crossed for the surgery sooner rather than later and you can get recovered for the aisle-walking :)

Edit - Aww to NIM :) Don't know if my OH would be as understandng, hence why I didn't tell him about the OD I ran up last year :o He can be more of a 'tough love' type which is a bit hard sometimes :(
