  • Hi Dinah,

    I am still here!

I love your wedding dress. It is beautiful - quite similar in some ways to mine but with a 2010 modern/vintage look to it. I think you will look gorgeous in it. I am looking forward to seeing what accessories you get. Will you wear a veil?

No sign of baby yet then, it must be all warm and snug and not want to come out.

I love the sound of your theme for the wedding Dinah, bet that will be really fab.

Yeah - it is quite snug in there. My friend has her baby yesterday (2 days overdue) and my cousin also had her baby yesterday (10 days early). My cousin went into hospital with minor pains at 4am and the baby was born at 5am. She was 9cm dilated when she got there. Now, wouldn't that be nice!!!!

It's a Mori Lee dress, yes planning on a full chapel length veil, again sort of delicate lacy style. She put a net and bling one on my head to give me an impression of a veil in the shop, I couldn't wait to take it off!

Lucky cousin! Its your turn now!

  • Got a bit excited for a mo CMD! As Wendz said, it must be too cosy in there, esp if it's snowing down your way like it is here!

Boo to the MRI too Dinah, you're going to be hobbling down the aisle at this rate! Dress is lovely though, I like the vintage-y lace-ness to it. If you get much of that list done by Weds and if you're at class, like I said I'd love a peek in your book!

I watched a bit of Stenders Cinny, but I haven't been watching it over the last few weeks so I didn't unerstand why each person might be in the frame. It didn't seem live either really to me.

Lara I've never been in a job where I've had to look at apps but sounds like fun! Yikes, will you interview the girl who 'bleeds passion'? Can the company afford the cleaning bills?! :D

Poor OH is in his sick bed today bless him so I'm off out in the sleet in a sec to see granny, then am going to attempt to finish off my skirt that I don't even like! Woo!

That's annoying about the MRI Dinah, hope they sort it out soon. And I love the dress too, it does have a vintage-y feel, and it's classic and delicate - very nice!

CMD - the little one must be very comfy in there, you'll have to start posting us hourly updates, or one of us will think you're labour! :rotfl:

Your poor OH Tete, or is it self-inflicted (hangover)? I hope I don't have to interview the passion-bleeding girl - she sounds really scary.

We have had a good weekend buying some bits for the house. Went to see it again on Thursday and it is lovely :D We hadn't seen it since October so we were worrying it might not be as nice as we remembered. OH and I have the opposite taste in furniture though, it's really annoying. He says 'no' to *everything* I like. We got a new kettle, one of those smart brabantia bins and a nice cheesegrater LOL what a weird list. (All MSE of course :money:)

  • Nah he doesn't drink, so definitely the food, though he did have a lot of it!

October! That's a long time ago, glad you still like it! OH treated me to a few bits in a posh kitchen shop yesterday - a massive mixing bowl, a zester and a mini-measurer - another random list! I could have spent a fortune in there, I've become one of those people who gets excited about house things! I know what you mean about decor disagreements, I can see all that coming. He's already vetoed my Vera Duckworth ducks, but I refuse to have a miniml house that's all brown leather and cream duvet covers!

Sounds exciting Lara - do you have any photos of the house? Would be lovely to see them.

Dinah - what's happening with your house?
