Hi Girls! (and Poolie) Sorry I haven't been around much the last week. Been really busy with work, so don't have much news but...
I have my car!
Here he is. He's a little muddy now, I'm itching to clean him but it's too cold!
Dinah - Soooo happy for you and NIM about the mortage
!! Any news on your knee?
Birdie - Your dress is lovely! And I really like the head-thing-a-majig. You'll look fabber than two fab things I swear!
Tete - How was the land of haggis and angry men? Happy belated Birthday btw!0 -
Hi Cinny, Edinburgh was great thanks and not as cold as expected. Greg is very nice, I like the colour! How are the lessons going?Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

Oooh, how exciting Cinny, is Greg settling into his new family well?
Thanks for the nice dress words ladies, I swear the dress is better in real life than on t'interweb which is why it was never a DOTD! I found a picture of a dress in 'my' colour, it's not the same dress but the back is practically the same:

Thanks everybody.
That is the Barclaycard cleared - we have used up the double payment we sent - whoops on a few bits and it has about £35 to pay on it. Roll on payday.
Venture Loan - Cleared last month - Have the letter confirming settled and a statement to prove it.
Studies Loan - Payment was take on Saturday morning as Barclays move the banking day on for Monday and a Friday Night. Just waiting for it to show as cleared online tonight as it shows the previous days balance.
Mrs Poolie is on the following repayment terms (£520 - March, £520 - April, £235 - May)
Just in time for my trip to Glasgow in June - Good timing.
This month we are getting £50 (call costs and doctors bill for insurance form) from my sister after the cancelled holiday as she got her money back from the insurance company. To top it off have £100 in savings which is not planned to cover anything so might give Mrs Poolie another £50 and get the May payment down futher if we don't need it at the end of the month.
Only 11 days till payday so should be do able. Might need 1 tank of petrol (£32ish) and 2 shopping runs so should be good.0 -
*pops in from lurkdom* or the land of Haggis and angry men!
Love the car Cinny, reminds me of my last one which was a Clio in a goldy colour, I loved that wee car!
Gorgeous dress Birdie, very classy and also beachy at the same time. Are you still getting a bluey coloured one for the reception? And why am I putting a y on the end of all my colours!?!0
