I think I might, I feel I've barely scratched the surface, and I'd like to know how to work with other materials and so on. Definately want to do the pattern draughting bit too.
That said, I might do a course in something compleely different next year, I've enjoyed being back at school, and learning new things.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I can see your point but I don't know how much more I'll learn there - I find the classes pretty frustrating the way you're just left to get on, I'd rather listen while she showed us a sample then try it ourselves and have the projects as a kind of ongoing homework...Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

Aye I understand that. But if I stop and I have a question, I don't know where I'd ask.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

NIM is going to walk his mum through downloading skype tonight, so he can talk to her for a decent amount of time, he thinks she might be able to help with the deposit. Daft thing is I know his dad has £20,000 in an English account he transfered over when he was thinking of expanding the business here and never got around to moving back, so it really shouldn't be this much of an issue!
Oh wow, how come NIMs mum is on board now? That would be nice and handy if she could help.
:eek:That £20,000 he has in his account, is his and its alot of money! Maybe there is a reason he is stalling? Is he still making excuses? Anyway, he could've used it for something else by now, i cant see how handing over a big wad of cash wouldnt be an issue lol i cant imagine ever having or giving someone that much money...but i can dream :rotfl:0 -
It is his and it is a lot of money, but when he has over 2million in his Irish account its not exactly a huge amount to him!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I understand it might be an affordable amount for him (lucky thing!
) but maybe his situation has changed? Have you still not been able to have a chat with him? Must be so frustrating.
