FARMFOODS - What's hot and what's not?

Hi All,
I use three different Farmfoods quite often, in Belle Vale, Birkenhead and Prescot, all in Merseyside. Staff in both are all very courteous and if they are out of bread/milk they have always been very good and found the type I was after!
Just to note, the bread has gone up to £1.25 for two Hovis Loaves now, I expect due to the increases in the price of wheat due to the poor weather last year. Given though that I saw 1 for £1.15 in Tesco today, that is still one very very good offer!
The shops are often busy with queues (albeit usually fast moving ones!) but if anything this is a good sign that the shops are doing well. I assume too that if they had many more staff the prices would go up, but personally I'd rather wait a little than pay more!
Cheers

I went to my local farmfoods recently after reading about cheaper Quorn products, I was not dissapointed! i got some Quorn poppin bites (think thats what they are called) BOGOF so 50p a box, Quorn pieces and mince for £1 each think it was, some bacon bits which ive never had before and some Quorn spring rolls which if i remember rightly were 85p
bargains, i shall be shopping there for my veggie stuff in future!

I love farmfoods. My nearest has had perle de lait yogurts (new flavours - strawberry and mango) just 59p for a four pack. Fairly good use by date (a good week or so). These yogurts are almost £2 in the main supermarkets.Love, through the trees, past the sky, beyond the northern lights; and I won't let go. May your soul and spirt fly sweetheart x

Staff at Bedford Farmfoods are very polite, helpful and friendly too, we also pop in to get the quorn deals as our eldest is veggie but all our children like veggie sausages and the quorn poppin bites0

Not just the bread.....a lot of the prices went up last week. Fizzy juice up to £1.60 for 2 from £1.50 and I noticed a few other things with 10/20p stuck on.0 -

I buy a lot of their chilled bacon mis-shapes packs. Ideal for flans/soups/pizza topping, etc and, at only £1.50 for an enormous pack, I think excellent value.
A current bargain I have been stocking up on is Crusha Strawberry Milkshake liquid - 1 litre bottle for £1.79. A half litre bottle in Sainsbury's is £1.69!!"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0 -
