I agree about the 50p orange juice but think Heron are better for frozen veges, if you have one.

I always used to pop in for Bread milk and bacon.

Not a fan of their chicken breasts as I found the added salt made them a bit tough (and I have an Asda right Next to FF so get their chicken breasts instead.

Good prices on spuds, cake and frozen deserts and ice creams.
A waist is a terrible thing to mind.
  • I was in Farmfoods this lunchtime and the Hovis bread was 2 for £1 and 8 fruitshoots for £1.50.
Must learn not to count chickens before they are hatched!!!!:D

Most of the chips can not be oven baked, only deep fat fried. Does anyone actually own a deep fat fryer?

Always use both Lidl & Farm Foods they are next to each other. Big offer on milk at moment 2 x 2ltr for £1.50p or still the usual £1 for 1 x 2ltr. We use loads of milk and by buying it from Farm Foods as opposed to buying from Tesco can save up to £200 per year really. I had no option this week went to tesco i paid £1.53p for a 2ltr incredible saving.

Bread at the moment has been £1 on bogof, so thats 50p a loaf. It's changed every day like the milk.

Every week i buy a pack of unsmoked back bacon i think its 400grm 12 slices at £1.75p its good stuff. Open packet when thawed and run a paper towel over it and lay the rashers on a plate. Its good stuff.

This week got a 2ltr bot of robinson juice £1.50p.

They also do a good butter called wyke farms £1.

In summer i always get their chicken thighs & sausages for the bbq.

Think it depends on which vouchers and which Tesco you go to since they changed their policy.

Will definitely be paying FF a visit this week to stock especially if the quorn is only £1. I go through lots of it so will save me lots.
