    Ones the big book of baking - makes my mouth water just reading through it and the other is James Martin essential collection. got that one from m-i-l so may be a hint to feed her little boy properly lol.

    mmm it also makes my mouth water - took me at least ten minutes drooling, sorry i mean reading, before i realised there were recipes. PS. its mine all mine mwah ha ha:p

    Not until I've tried the bresaola with confit lemon rind and rocket salad - fed to me personally by him. :D i can swap you for a jamie's kitchen lol

    Evening all. Could I please join your challenge. Me and DH were saying only this morning that we always have the same meals and we(I) need to cook a new meal once a week/fortnight. Will let you know what I pick for this week.
    Mind you on Boxing Day I did make a turkey and ham pie which was delicious. I got the recipe of the internet, I think it was Allrecipes, not sure.

    niklepic - you strike a hard bargain and I have Jamies kitchen and most of his others:o I think the one i have actually used the most is the ministry of food but all that is due to change...........:cool::cool: Ill meet you at the Hare and Hounds for a clandestine cookery book swap:rotfl::rotfl:

    Going to head to Warrington market on tuesday (apparantly you shouldnt buy fresh fish on a monday:confused:) to get some tuna:T and some other bits.
