At some point we will be having corn cakes with avocado salsa with jerk spiced ribs. Now I must remember to get the ingredients shopping tomorrow instead of the usual

I'll join in please! I'm doing a Use It or Lose It challenge and need to apply it to my cookery books! This challenge should help me decide which cookery books are keepers and if there are any I should declutter!

We (I!) have done the salmon chowder that was a tumble down recipe from the EG salmon. It was absolutely gorgeous.

For my secret santa a couple of years ago, I was given a cook book entitled "Cooking for one" .... I didn't know whether to be offended or consider as a thoughful gift... I still tease the person who gave it to me though!! I don't know what happened to it because I never even looked at it which seems such a shame now...

Perhaps travel cannot prevent bigotry. But by demonstrating that all people cry, laugh, eat, worry and die, it introduces the idea that if we try to understand each other, we may even become friends.

:T Does that use the fish or just the bones  I had the nice lady fishmonger fillet the whole salmon for me and bag up the remains separately :D
