Thank you  That's now on my list of things to cook:
Jamie's Balsamic-Baked Onions and Potatoes with Roast Pork
Jamie's Tomato macaroni cheese - Jamie's Dinners, page 204
Jamie's chicken legs with sweet tomatoes - Jamie's Dinners, page 222
Economy Gastronomy Salmon
We (I!) have done the salmon chowder that was a tumble down recipe from the EG salmon. It was absolutely gorgeous."Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

For my secret santa a couple of years ago, I was given a cook book entitled "Cooking for one" .... I didn't know whether to be offended or consider as a thoughful gift... I still tease the person who gave it to me though!! I don't know what happened to it because I never even looked at it which seems such a shame now...Man plans and God laughs...Perhaps travel cannot prevent bigotry. But by demonstrating that all people cry, laugh, eat, worry and die, it introduces the idea that if we try to understand each other, we may even become friends.0
