Tongiht I made a kofta curry but I wasn't particularly impressed. There are 2 portions in the freezer but once I've eaten them I'll not be making it again.

I made spicy tomato and coucous soup this weekend out of this month's olive magazine. It's one of the better soups I've made, but to be honest my past record of making soups isn't very good :( I now have 3 portions in the freezer and another leftover one to east tonight! Also going to make red peppers stuffed with couscous from here http://www.ocado.com/webshop/recipe/stuffed-peppers-with-couscous/2685

I made brioche yesterday for the first time. Had it for breakfast this morning with jam. Yum! Almost like being on holiday in France.

    Hi Ellemm,

Hope you managed to get away after & that you had a lovely holiday!

Is there any chance you could post the recipe for the curry? It sounds gorgeous!

    TIA

Made lamb and mint burgers stuffed with feta cheese this week. They were ok but need to tweak the recipe as did by instinct. Needed more mint and more seasoning (just not sure whether it was more salt or more pepper needed!). Did a freezer check and have some shin of beef to cook so need a nice recipe for that.....
