    Bah. Bought a set of scales today and I'm two sodding stones heavier than I thought. Harrumph.

    I suspect it's more than a free trial I'll need...

    Maybe it is.

    I find it scary how many calories are in the olive oil I used earlier to cook my fish in. Looks like I have had a good low-fat day though :j

    Yep, it is an eye-opener. I am always so pious thinking I "don't drink much", but I have 14 units most weeks - just from the odd glass of wine :eek:

    A top tip F_F is to get a cheap pedometer. Especially as it sounds like you might walk a fair bit, then you can add the steps to your daily exercise total - it soon adds up!

    Good plan! I already decided to walk to the supermarket after work instead of getting the bus - only a 15 minute walk but better than nothing. A whopping 80 calories burnt - just need half an hour of moderately energetic s.ex to burn off the rest of my exercise allocation today :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Sadly, Mr Fresian is playing Call of Duty, so I think it's housework for the rest of my exercise *sob* :D

    Never mind Call of Duty, tell him this IS his duty! :rotfl:

    Morning all!

    I've loaded up the calorie counter with my breakfast, lunch and snacks for the day and am at 802. Thank the gods I drink black coffee throughout the day - no calories there :D

    I still need to take something out for dinner, but think I will be sticking to simple things until later in the week so I don't have to do too much maths!!

    Money

    PAD = £162.01
    Groceries = £137.18
    Entertainment = £30

    I'm going to make a reasonable PAD tomorrow as I don't want to rely on the money hiding in that account. I'm also waiting for the closing balance from an old savings account, which has been included in PAD before but which I haven't taken off the debt total recently.

    Best dash - evil work waits for no man. At least my iPod is fully charged and busting with Glee tunes!
