Standing by to be very supportive...@ LBM = £15,872.65, now £10,819.82AF Jan = 7/? Feb = 5/14 Mar = 14/20 Apr = 6/14 May = 2/14 June 2/14 July 0/TF Aug 1/TFv Sept 6/TF Oct 4/7"NEVER DOUBT YOUR OWN QUALITY"0 -
Holiday spends
Budget = £300
Spent in York = £192.86
Used £50 of the "change" to pay for tickets to the last Newcastle home game of the season :j :j :j
March budgeteering
Budget for Q1 of 2010 = £2000
Spends as at 31st March 2010 = £1820.42
At first glance this looks great, but it's mainly down to canny grocery shopping and not paying council tax. March was a bad month for frittering - £67.48 spent on Anything Else out of a budget of £24.99I'm £35 over budget on Entertainment too. Oopsie.
Groceries are looking better. My budget for the quarter was £450 and I spent £359.10.
Toiletries/Cleaning is £45 over budget. :mad:
Current state of finances
PAD = £480 (Rent received today, shall be PADded tomorrow)
Entertainment = £30
Groceries = £187.09
*phew*
Time for a cuppa I think.

In an effort to be supportive than I have to point out that you don't have a frittering budget
But well done for being canny in other areas :T@ LBM = £15,872.65, now £10,819.82AF Jan = 7/? Feb = 5/14 Mar = 14/20 Apr = 6/14 May = 2/14 June 2/14 July 0/TF Aug 1/TFv Sept 6/TF Oct 4/7"NEVER DOUBT YOUR OWN QUALITY"0 -

My Anything Else money is my frittering money. I have just frittered too much
Still, I have a little money left from my bonus to add to my PAD tomorrow, so all is well0 -
There's some great frugalising there. Love the idea of a tenant that pays rent - maybe I need to move in with mine.
2nd Sheriff Officer visiting cousin of the f3ckless tenant on Tuesday. Can't wait to get rid of this family from hell. Conservative estimate is they will owe me between 8 and 10k by the time I get them out. Homeless team can have them back, evil, festering people. :mad:

And I will promise NEVER to give you one of my tenants.
I think the best solution would be to launch a whole set of new Muppets as long as never have to stick my hand up one!:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Marcel Proust :A0 -
A good chunk of yesterday was spent tidying out our bedroom, we now have three sacks of rubbish to go to the tip, one of clothes to be recycled and one of books to go to the charity shop. I still have five overflowing bookcases to sort out, but have no idea how best to order the b*ggers.....
Today I have been to Tesco (Urgh), spending £38 on I-barely-know-what. Spreadsheeting to be done with the receipts and also to be entered onto the Visa comp website. I did manage to buy Superglue there (Woo!) which meant I could finally fix my earrings - they were a Christmas present from me from Asos.com but were broken when they arrived. Christmas was so mad/snowy I forgot all about them until the Great Decluttering of yesterday. I now have awesome earrings, woo!
Tomorrow I have to be at work for eight (YUCK!) for double time goodness, so am going to spend the rest of the night putting old clothes in a sack for the charity shop and organising my books. Nice relaxing pottering fun!
