Dont work too hard tomorrow though.
How are things with the lodger?
I'm planning on working just hard enough to earn my money :D

Lodger is fine, I suppose. I miss having the house to ourselves, but I can't deny that the money is nice. I'm not using it for anything apart from adding to The Debt Pot though, it gets hidden in my savings account every month. I'm under £3,000 now :j

Hi F_F, saw your post on Hypno's diary about diets and saw your light on, so copied this from my thread. We're all on this at work and it is FAB, (as well as cheaper than WW or SW) :money:

If you want any more info, let me know ;)

Just seen on NUTRACHECK, there's 25% off a 3 month membership for £14.99 (usually £19.99) You can still do the 5 day free trial too, so for anyone who wants to lose weight and save cash - I highly recommend it!

    Hey mac,

Thanks for the post. It looks interesting, but I have always shied away from calorie counting due to having no maths brain! How do you work out the calories if you're cooking from scratch? I'm going to be doing more of this and need to know how easy it would be to work this in with dieting.

It is so easy. It works everything out for you.

You can create your own recipes to save and add the ingredients, so it works out the calorific value of each portion for you! Honestly, I think you'd really like it.
The best thing is that is motivates you to exercise every day - walking to work, housework - even s.ex has a value! :D

I have friends who've been on all other diets and say this is the best one. You could just do the 5 days free trial and see if it's for you :)

Rare things often do :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Hehe, I jest of course :D

I will look into it later on and see what I think - need to get ready for work now *sob*

I must buy a set of scales at some point too, I know I'm getting steadily fatter (jeans test) but haven't wanted to know how badly...

That's what I mean - it encourages you to exercise more often ;):D

Honestly Hun, get the scales, start the 5 day trial - check out Beat The Debt's diary, she's on it too, so don't just take my word for it :)

Plus, forgot to mention - you put in what weight you want to be and how much you want to lose per wk - between 0.5 to 2lbs per wk. Then you can have "easy" days if you're going out, where it allows you more calories :j It is brill - right I'll shut up now :o

Have a good day at work - just think about the money xx

There's some great frugalising there. Love the idea of a tenant that pays rent - maybe I need to move in with mine.

Pity it couldn't be David Tenant though:rotfl::rotfl: I for one wouldn't charge him any rent :)

Wouldn't be inclined to stick my hand up him either

Must go and wash hands now...and then do paperwork for nice Sheriff men...do you think if I pay extra I can be there when their work-shy, thieving carcasses are thrown on the street (not that I'm at all bitter and twisted).

    Cinema soon :D:D:D
