Happy Sunday peeps, DH working at the Flying Club today so just me and the kiddies at home. The end of half term and the last week of the month before we start a new one; where is this year going?
I have reviewed my plan for February and the only thing I mainly fell down on was the surveys; I need a new plan for March and will be thinking about this next week.
A few of my e-bay items have bids/watchers on and they finish today, we got a charity bag through the door the other day and what hasn’t sold will be going in it.
I am aiming to achieve 5 NSD’s this week; today will be one to add to the total so will be pleased if I do it.0 -
:hello:
Good morning purple tea, I'm going to try for 5nsd this week also, except will need to get some groceries for the week but apart from that aiming for no wastful spending, am quite proud of myself had 3nsd last week
, also have some items on ebay with watches so hoping for some sales at least, will also be sitting working on the budget for march. have a nice day.

Had to cut my last post short as the space bar on the keyboard was going funny and kept sticking. However I think that I have now sorted it.
Anyway to carry on from what I was saying, I have been doing the Flylady challenge for the last three weeks and apart from DH wondering if I was pregnant, the house is looking reasonable. I aim to keep this going and keep on top of things.
I am planning on having a fairly lazy day today and get the kids ready for school/preschool next week. DH has suggested I take them out once the rain stops but I do not relish DD whinging because she’s wet and DS whinging because he’s cold.
Just checking on e-bay and there appears to be a bidding war going on for one of the items…every penny helps lol.
Next week I need to make a start again on the cushion covers now my over locker is back, they have allegedly fixed the problem so will be good to get some done and up on e-bay.
Have a good day everyone.0 -
Morning Ruby  Welcome to my diary.
I don't class groceries in my NSD's as they are included in the budget but people do things different ways, it depends what works for you.
Good luck to you also with the 5 NSD's and I hope that you have a good day too. xx0 -
Just a quick update.
My e-bay items have finally finished and I have made a profit of £29 after fees, I will leave it in my Paypal account for a week just incase I need to do a refund and then will withdraw it.
I have also requested £4.28 from Amazon, so this should be paid into the account over the next few days.
Off to get motivated and get something else done.0 -
Happy sunday Tea

Well done on the ebaying ... I still havent taken the plunge, congratulations on getting through half term & I always make full use of inset days for museum type attractions, it makes sense
Good luck with the NSDs, I only have one more to get, but with only £1.60 left of my grocery budget I'm expecting to exceed my target

After yesterday’s efforts, we ended up in casualty. DS was running up and down the lounge/dining room pretending he was Ben 10 and went full pelt into the door frame; this was whilst I was in the kitchen cooking their dinner. I don’t know how many times I have told him not to run up and down but it still doesn’t sink in…kids! Anyway the upshot is that he gets another day off school and goes back tomorrow.
So plan for today:- DD to school
- Post office
- Chemist for Calpol
Have cut out some more cushion covers that need sewing up at some point this week.
DS has climbing this afternoon and I will be there with my trusty flask again.
Aiming for many NSD as possible this week too.
Have a good day.0 -
I take it there is no big damage to DS then.......thankfully! Boys.....tut.....!
