I advised that they contact the number on the back of the manual for a repalcement disk and describe the problem as when the box is opened the warrenty with the seller is void. I don't understand why it would take nearly a week for buyer to get back to me.0

If you purchase a game off Tesco and the seal is broken you arent entitled to a refund - thats not made up - its fact (i dont think Tesco will brake the law)?The manufacturer will laugh at them

When returning most games/software, it would have to be sealed/unopened.

Exactly what I thought, im not issuing a refund - anyone can say such rediculas stuff, waiting so long to get in contact? Probably got no money left after christmas..if it's well over a month later they having your leg i would have thought the first thing you do is shake the box to see if there something inside0
