But the police database which is connected to every road intelligence unit has a list of all the numberplates without tax etc/ and yes you need to show insurance at time of buying tax. Maybe he's a magician??

Hi, a few people have asked if he was doing this while we was together, the bills are in my name so they were always paid, (obviously he lived here then) and the driving, he did occasionally even though I dont agree with it I couldnt shop him then as we all as a family would have suffered financially, but as it turned out we did anyway as he got caught hes got a total of 12 points on his provisional licence now!!!

Anyway Ive rung all companys, TV Licence are gonna write to him, Water thought the property was empty so are investigating, Electric and cable company took details.
Police told me they have to be caught in the act (which I kinda knew) but the company he works for is being investigated by the Ministry of Transport anyway so maybe they will catch him....Or maybe I should contact them and let them know who's driving the public around in taxi's.

Anyway despite what some people think I didnt do it out of bitterness and now its done I just feel Ive forced someone to pay there bills and so they should!!

EDIT- Oh whenever anything goes wrong for him he points the finger at me anyway so I expect to be accused of this too but Im good at keeping my cool he has no proof and he knows theres plenty of people who could have done this to him.
