dodgy prices Halfords?

Despite my earlier post, I would agree that Halfords tools are simply the dogs danglies. Not a professional spanner weilder by any means but do enough nut tightening to know decent tools when I find them.

I ordered an Apollo bike just after Christmas in their sale on their website and was about to collect from the local shop when I noticed the prices were reduced by a further £30. So I called the shop and asked if they would consider changing my order and give me the same bike at the lower price.
They agreed!
I just re-ordered the bike online and collected the next day. They cancelled my original order ... simples (as the other advert says)
So it pays to ask!0
