ah - interesting...and it was a direct flight? I'd thought all the planes on that route had the pairs at the back - last four rows either side near the loos...shows I've gotten quite out of touch with the Virgin thing.

It was a couple of weks ago because we had the row of 3 (row 60) infront of the last 4 rows of 2, on purpose so I could have the window seat and fully recline without disturbing anyone, slept most of the way home:j

Had row 26 HJK on way out so was off just behind upper class and PE, only took 2 minutes to clear immigration

Grand Luxe is lovely!!! We had our favourite meals here. I love the choice and the atmosphere. Both nights we went last trip there was larger groups in celebrating birthdays / hen nights and it looked good fun. Not been to the champagne bar - sounds fab for $20!!

Also if you are looking for a nice girly lunch when you are there Serendipity 3 at Caesars is gorgeous!! All pink and chintzy with great food!

Dont Tell the Bride on BBC3 tonight at 9pm is going to be in Vegas. Might be good for anyone going to get married there.

I love seeing Vegas on the tv - gets me all excited seeing places Ive been!! :j

im just making a booking for top of the world for a sunday night during our trip. any tables in particular anyone would recommend asking for? or anything i should request in particular? im thinking of booking for around 7:30pm on the sunday evening.

I've got a couple of September's 24/7 voucher books - I don't know if anyone could make use of them or would want them (some vouchers are good until end of Oct) as you can get them in every taxi; but before I chuck 'em in the recycle I thought I'd ask on here if anyone would like me to post one to them. Right this might sound a strange request be here goes.

Would there be a way i can store a suitcase (small) in Vegas for a week or so? We are staying in the signature for 9 days then going to SF/LA and back to Vegas for 3 days. The small suitcase would be the wedding dress as we only need it for the wedding dont fancy dragging it all over San Fran and Hollywood/LA if i can help it.

Any ideas? It is an expensive one so needs to be 100% safe

We were thinking about that but got quoted $300 by fedex, so that rules that out. Its the insurance i think as its a £1k dress
