AugustLoved your trip report and congrats on your engagement Gill247 and Greig.
Just googled Grand Lux Asian Nacho's....OMG  must.have.these.:D
QUOTE]
Thank you for all the congratulations! I keep looking at my Paris hotel snow globe wishing we were back in Vegas now!
Asian Nachos are out of this world, it seems ridiculous to get so excited about food but they really are worth trying for anyone going to Grand Lux. Oh and these come with Wasabi Cream which is very hot so we got them without and were delicious!Lucky wins - Rituals Beauty Advent Calendar; Starbucks Coffee & £20 Gift Card; Amazing Hen Weekend at Dunblane Hydro; Heat Magazine Book Bundle; Le Crueset Goodies :j
Wishing everyone some magic fairy pixie dust for luck!0 -
AprilI didn't think the wasabi cream was that hot...my husband is a wuss as far as spice is concerned and even he was OK with it so long as there wasn't a whole big blob in one place, since it's drizzled over it's not that strong...if anyone's worried I'd ask for it on the side to be safe, but worth trying as I think it really makes the dish.
Also, don't forget the bread basket they bring at the start...we always do...and then regret ordering too much and being stuffed.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
Congratulations Gill and great TR.
I arrived on the 7th, everytime i arrive in Vegas it rains lol!!
Your report made me chuckle, i hate exclibur too, but go for the KKs aswell.
I also found the strip HR to be a bit rubbish, I've been to SF, NY and the hotel HR restaurant, and found the strip one to have no atmosphere and its a bit bland compaired to the others.
I'm just starting my TR now, should have it on tomorrow0 -

So its your fault they didnt make the record of consecutive dry days:beer:. I noticed that it rained at Mccarran that day to bring the total dry days to 137 the sixth longest in history, they had 0.01 inch of rain at the airport!!!!!!!0 -

How weird, it works ok for me...maybe try clearing your cache and trying again (no idea if it would help, it's just the first thing I try when I'm having problems).Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
