Found this link for a promo code for the MGM Signature.

    Link: https://reservations.mgmmirage.com/bookingengine.aspx?pid=005&host=promo&code=BST10

I have just used it to book 3 nights there in December 2010. Worked out about £60 cheaper than many of the other mainstream hotel booking web sites. Hope someone can use it :)

    Hi ,
Like quite a few people on here we're marrying in Vegas next month (6th)!!! (and whilst I'm not a regular poster I want to say thankyou to everyone who's helped with my questions)

I'm sure this has been covered before, but we want to see a show but there are none that really stand out to us so we're going to wait til we're there. Where's the best place(s) to buy on the day tickets? From the venues themselves or are there stands etc?

    Thanks, Laura

Jersey Boys is the one i have not seen that everybody raves about . you could try that one . O at the Bellagio is anothor i have not seen , but always wanted to from the feedback we have heard .

Personal Fav is La Reve at the Wynn . if you can get a discount on it , well worth checking out . cannot remember who it was , but someone booked the Luxury seats where you get waiter served Champers and could see the underwater through monitors , and really enjoyed it

others well known ones we liked include Phantom of the Opera , Mamma Mia ( yes even middle aged grumpy me enjoyed it ) , and Blue Man Group .

for a proper Vegas Showgirl show try Jubilee at Ballys . yes lots of topless girls ( in 10pm show ) and thin story lines , but great sets and performance . it's not even slighty seedy , i would say 90% of the audience were couple like me and Mrs Trets . Mrs Trets loved it BTW. you can still get a 2 for 1 coupon for this show by joining Las Vegas Advisor . you will need to pick the coupon book up while over there ( or pay to have it delivered to UK ) . given that 12 months membership costs $37 and 1 ticket for Jubliee starts at nearly $60 for one cheap seat , it is a very good money saving deal if you want to see this show . not to mention the 100's of other Money Saving Coupons in the Book .

somebody here may have a 2010 book going spare ? thanks in advance if anyone does .

we have seen a fair few others so post anything else that you think you might like and i'm sure someone here will have seen it . :A

  • i saw ka, it was good but definately not worth full price ticket, we got it greafely reduced working out about 30 pounds a ticket that was worth it but would have felt let down to spend more, hasnt made me rush to see other cirque shows
phantom was amazing best version of it ive ever seen

Even though it says best price, i just done mine for my booking in 3 weeks and added $800 to it. I had $89 a night plus drinks credit a few months back so keep checking as its free to make adjustments

that was me - if I put the cheapest seats of both shows, as value for money ($ for $) against each other (using the 'Summer of Cirque' offer) then Ka would win handsdown as its nearly half the price

However if price wasn't the issue then La Reve with those seats we had wins as it was one hell of an experience seeing the show like that and getting pampered!

They now include "chocolate truffles" in the package as well as the chocolate strawberrys and champagne incidently! :)
