Thanks for that info, our budget for flights/hotels is £700 maybe even £800pp then spending money on top.
I've been looking at Bills Gambling Hall (Seems fun and comfyish) however the reviews on TA are v.mixed. Has anybody here stayed there?
Yep we did a few years ago when it was Barbary Coast (renamed Bill's), its great, small hotel, a little dwarf amongst the giants but fab location. The best bit it takes a few minutes to get from room to casino or street. Bit noisy on the street side I believe the side facing flamingo is quieter.
Love Bills and it was really nice to pop in for a visit when we were there last year.DFW Nerd 267. DEBT FREE 11.06.08

speaking of bills and beer ealier
for gamblers they only serve beer in half pints not allowed bottles...was interesting not seen that before but as times get hard i expect more places to limmit what drinks are on offer0 -
Did you hire it, if so for how long and where from?
Thanks
they just have a 'convertible' option for your booking, and you may end up with something like a Chrysler Sebring convertible, but we just asked for the car we wanted when we went to pick it up from the hotel (note: if you do do a hotel pickup, the range you can pick from is more limited, where-as i gather if you collect from the airport, they'll have most cars in stock)
prices vary, so try all the usual suspects listed in the first post for carhire (ie. net-flights etc)0 -
MayThe Carriage House is 5-10 mins walk and takes you out at the junction between PH and the Harley-Davidson Cafe, opposite the City Center.
Platinum would be a 10-15 mins walk and take you out between Bally's and Bill's.0 -
MayIs the $100 for the Carriage House for a deluxe room? We have a one bedroom suite for $89 Friday and Saturday, but it was booked in June.
I have checked their prices for next year and they are a lot more expensive then. Hopefully they will come down a bit.0 -
yeah, cheapest we could get was £202 from CarHire3000 for 6 full days... on top of that i should also get £14 cashback through Quidco ( http://www.quidco.com/carhire3000 )

Have you used carhire3000 previous to the mustang booking?
I ask because quidco is for new customers only, I used quidco this year (in aug) but have used CH3000 before, no mention of any cashback yet on quidco so looks like i am not getting it.0 -
Hi All,
My boyfriend and I want to visit vegas, we have decided on a 7 night break next september. We have a budget of around £700pp (flights&Hotel) Do you think that will be enough? Or should we be budgeting for more?
Flights would have to be from either Brisol/London (We are in Exeter, so v.limited choices) Have never flown long-haul from bristol so not sure who flys from there.
Hotel wise- we want something that isnt too flashy (hence budget) but just comfortable for us. We arent really going over for the gambling side of things so not worried if the hotel has one or not.
Have you guys got any recs? Or is our budget a little too low/
Any advice greatfully recieved.
Thanks in advance
Hotel wont be a problem as others have said. Guidline price this year was £500 for the flight BUT direct flights for July and Aug next year are priced around £700/£750 at the moment and I have never seen them priced that high this far in advance.
Sep prices will be released in the next month so will be interesting to see what they are0
