thanks everyone. if i go through the main page & select a $25 voucher for stripburger, then go to redeem cert, the stripburger voucher disappears from my cart but the $25 gift voucher shows on my account! i feel like a bimbo but i just cant get it working!

when i redeem the gift cert ($25) only a $10 shows up, and as there are four of us i would prefer the $25 one

would it be possible for me to send the $25 gift cert to someone on here & they purchase a $25 stripburger cert for me?

if this isnt possible, dont worry, I can try again early next month :)

The new certificates only become available on the 1st of the month. Now that the $25 Stripburger ones have sold out there won't be any more until 1 September.

If there are any $10 ones left I would grab that now using BRIDAL for 40% off as they will likely sell out soon, possibly before the 50% off code becomes available probably tomorrow.

The instructions above are only if you are using a generic gift certificate to buy a restaurant certificate. You don't need to do that first.

Go to www.restaurant.com , put in 89109 for the zip code and choose within 1 mile if you want the strip and surrounding area. Then you can click on the restaurant and purchase directly.

Don't worry about not having a US address. Either use your hotel's address or your own with 89109 as the zip code and it will go through.

Thanks for this Luci - I was panicking at how to order and found via a search of this thread!.. got my stripburger voucher.. now - where else should we choose guys!?

thanks karlos! i thought it would be like $200! might book it as a wee surpise for the other ppl im travelling with lol!!

    thanks x

RE: Limo from the Airport, we [six lads] were approached by around four different men offering a 'cheap' ride to the hotel via limo. All would go down to about $40 (add $10/$20for tip depending how generous you are), but we turned them down as it's only $12 to the MGM inc tip (4$ rather than $10 each bargain to say you only go 1 or 2 mile...).

Edit: If there's a voucher for it, I'd recommend the Outback Steakhouse on the strip.

I think you get vouchers in the Funbook when you sign up for the Casino Royale Players card but not sure if that includes Outback

Ah well - we're just waking up and getting ready to pack. The flight out is at 15:37.

Yesterday we used our Groupon's at Gameworks - kepy the boys amused for a few hours while Mrs B and I went to do a bit of shopping.

We then went to the Spice Market buffet - frankly we were dissapointed. A fair bit of variety but the food wasn't all that. The seafood was particularly dissapointing - how many ways can you present the same old shrimp! Still, we had $5 off vouchers.

It made the Hacienda buffet (earlier post) seem even better value.

We then went and saw Mystere at TI. Really enjoyed that one. As with Phantom, the seats nearer the back gave a better view of everything going on above the stage. Also avoided getting roped into the act:p.

Walked back along the strip and saw Siren's at TI, Volcano at Mirage and the Fountains at Bellagio (again!). Then had to go to NYNY so the youngest could use his ticket on the roller coaster, cancelled from last week.

Wev'e had a great time and have enjoyed staying at the Carriage House.
The force is strong in this one!
