October , NovemberHi,
You guys have been nothing but helpful so far and I am hoping you can help me a little more??
I am off to Sin City on the 12th Oct for 10 days, I'm so excited. Problem is, I have bought most of the travel guides and read them, so I have all my attractions planned but I need help on the restaurants. I am hoping to get some vouchers from Restaurant.com, but are looking for a certain restaurants, and was hoping you guys could recommend a few, here is what I am looking for;
Seafood (dying to try some crab claws or lobster)
Best Buffet for dinner
BBQ place especially for RIBS or pulled pork.
Best Steak in Vegas
Blueberry pancakes
Best Sandwich (one of those real American sandwiches, stuffed to the brim!)
Also, I have been watching a TV series called Man V Food, has anyone seen it? Does anyone know of any food challenges in Vegas, me and my other half have a bet going on who can actually finish one!
Sorry for the bizarre questions, hoping you can help!

Sorry if it sounds like a daft question but you did mean 100 pounds per day in the above reply (i.e. not 100 dollars per day)?
Yes I meant £100 per day:hello: LORRAINE :hello:0 -
AprilJust spotted this on Travelzoo if anyone is looking for a cheap break in November. Never heard of the hotel but at £396 it sounds like a deal.

Crab legs ( forget claws you get Huge King crab legs ) : Bellagio or Spice Market buffet .
Buffet for Dinner : Bellagio or Spice Market .
BBQ : Ellis Island
Best Steak : far too many quality steak places to choose from . we liked Blackstones in Monte Carlo
Best sandwiches : Carnegie's at Mirage
Blueberry pancakes i would also like to know , as i have not had them in Vegas
food challenges : try ordering a full sized starter , Entree and dessert at The CheeseCake Factory . i tried it in Boston , failed , and had to sit down outside for 20 mins before i could walk back to the Hotel . i though i was going to need a trip to the Emergency room
my advice : don't do it !!! stop eating when you are full .Better in my pocket than theirs :rotfl:0 -
can anyone tell me where the cheap places for alcohol are (apart from courtesy gambling alcohol!)
i know there have been a few places mentioned on previous posts that have $1 margaritas, cheap beer or amazing happy hours etc!
last time we were in vegas we found the alcohol was the thing that cost the most but if i can note down these places then i'll be happy! also is there an off licence near paris where we can pick up a bottle of champagne for our room for when we arrive back as a married couple? dont fancy paying the room service charge for champagne!! lol!!
