Another restaurant.com voucher question, how much is the ben & jerrys cert, they are sold out at present but it says $15 for 50% voucher, is that all they offer usually?

    Thanks in advance!

They used to be a lot cheaper I think...but last few times I've checked it was $15 for a 50% off voucher, which would be a good deal with an 80% off code...not sure if they are still around when the good codes come out.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

There's a buy one get one free voucher in the vegas for locals at Haagen Dazs if that's any help.

When I bought mine the other week using the pre-bought gift certificate, they only 'charged' me $5 of my credit for some reason, not $15. I'd paid $2 for a $25 voucher with an 80% off code, so the $5 they took out of that only cost $0.40 - definately a bargain in my opinion! (wish there was a 'licking my lips in anticipation of the ice-creamy goodness' smiley to insert here!)

Good to know! We have one left over from last trip (I didn't think I had it with me at the time, we went anyway as we reaaaally wanted ice cream, and I was so annoyed with myself when I realised I had had it all along. Still, reason to go back!

Cheers for tha advice about ben & jerrys, i thought i had read that someone had paid $5 for one thats why i was a little confused!! I will wait til the new vouchers come out and give it a try!!!
  • I've put together not an itinery as such - but I list of things id like to check out/do - ive started from South of the Strip and worked down. Interested to see if anyone has any other suggestions to add. This isn't a "must do everything" on the list, just a bit of a guide and we'll do whatever we feel like really.

Just to give you a bit of a background - we went to Vegas last year and got married - but everything kinda centred around the wedding. We will be staying at the Flamingo for 8 nights (having 5 in New York 1st, then flying to Vegas), not big gamblers mainly into sunbathing and drinking

what a great list - i was in vegas in feb this year and didn't do half of the stuff on your list. I'm going to get some ideas from your list!

I'm going back to vegas in 4 weeks time - staying at Aria for 3 nights (got a good deal through Hotwire) and then 3 nights in MGM grand in a celeb spa suite.

The new minus 5 ice lounge is opening in the Monte Carlo on labour day I think

sarahlasvegas I'd love to read your Things to do list while in LV, however I'm getting page can not be displayed when I click on the link. I'm off to Vegas in two weeks time can't wait very excited so this list will be very helpful as I have not had the time to plan. Me and wife will be going for only 2.5 days its a surprise 30th birthday present so if anyone out there has got a similar list and wouldn't mind sharing it with me I would very much appreciate it. Thanks all.
