I was there for 4th July weekend, and didnt have to fill out the green form, just the white customs one

this might interest some (stolen from Open Vegas - westie2, specifically), though fairly pricey - various horseback riding options within a reasonable distance from Vegas - Red Rock Canyon being the location of several and Valley of Fire.

The website is rather clunky (pretty, but annoying)...took me ages to figure out that you have to click and drag the arrows down to see the full description and price but maybe I'm just a bit thick.

Mmmmmm - would need to be on top of the $50 a day you'd have to pay me to be stuck out at the Hilton.
