October , NovemberDo you mean Esta or Visa Waiver? You have to complete the ESTA before you go or you won't even be allowed to board the plane.
Visa Waiver is being phased out but you may still have to complete this on the plane.0 -

It is unlikely you will get on the plane without an ESTA on your record...you may also have to fill out the form on the plane, depending on which airport you will be arriving at...but you need an ESTA. Worst case you don't have an ESTA when checking in, they send you to an internet cafe at your UK airport to get one...but if there's a problem there, that worst case = no flight for you. Whoever told you this is very wrong.
Apply online, it's easy and provided you don't have any reason not to qualify, it's nearly instant.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -

Hi,
My son will be nine so we will be looking for a hotel with a good pool, not to sure about the restrictions that you mentioned so any help would be appreciated.
Restrictions are Casino related, ie no minors are allowed to loiter in any casino. You and your son will be moved on very quickly if you are seen to stop in a casino. Not a problem though, so dont let it worry you.
If you want a pool for your son, my top 2 would be
MGM...very long lazy river
Mandalay Bay...real waves that are a lot of fun for any age group.
Lots of Vegas pools are adult orientated, (like most of vegas) and are just a pool with lots of peeps looking good around it (and not so good)
EDIT
I am not trying to put you off taking your son as we have taken our son almost every year since he was 3, he is now 15 and we always find loads of stuff for him to do0 -

Not sure from personal experience as we haven't flown direct for quite awhile.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0
